What if I told you that 20 to 50% of the maintenance cost of your lawn was complete waste? Would you believe me? Before you answer that question, answer some of these questions to yourself:

Do you find it difficult to get your lawn” up and going” at the beginning of the season?

Do you think that your lawn takes far more water than it should?

Do you feel that you have to water your yard every 2 to 3 days just to get it to perform?

Do you have wild variations in the consistency of its appearance throughout the entire year?

Do you have a high presence of weeds?

Do you have a problem with lawn disease, particularly when it’s hot?

Do you have to use mechanical means of infiltration to correct problems in your lawn?

Do you think this is getting worse as time goes by?

If you answered yes to the majority of these questions you’re not alone. The answers to these questions are the reason why we opted to adopt the biological program back in 2018. The Orthodox system of maintenance as we know it is a failure and the cost of perpetuating it is costing you a lot of money, and it can be objectively proven. Most of the side effects or eat as you might describe it problems that you associate with your lawn whether it seems normal or not are directly correlated to the use of synthetic fertilizers and synthetic herbicides and fungicides. The routine use of these products combined with a very poor soil multiplied by the cost of extremely expensive water have some people doubting whether or not they can afford to keep their lawn sustainable. I can honestly tell you after five years of research, trial and error and great study from those who know more than I do the only way that you will ever defeat these costs is to adopt a biological system. This system has a very different dynamic to it as it is not an event but rather a process. We have been folded into thinking that we can have our cake and eat it too with synthetic products this is far from the truth. The biological system uses the same exact forces that exist in a healthy ecosystem and nature. The fundamentals are the same and they can be used to maximize the potential of the lawn through the soil. Without addressing the needs of the soil you will continue to struggle and waste more money. Not only can you escape the toxic elements of modern chemistry but you can have a more sustainable lawn with less effort. It is worth your peace of mind and your wallet to investigate the merits of the biological system.
