Do you feel like you are being held hostage by your lawn? Does it seem like you are spending more money with less results? Are you tired of sky-water bills that never alleviate the heat stress in your lawn? Well you not alone. The reason you feel like this is because you are unknowingly trapped in a system that is hopelessly plagued with inefficiency, poor technique, bad habit, silly tradition, myth and bro-science. In 2017, after over 20 years in the industry I realized this and sought out a better way. In 2025 I can happily report that after a few thousand hours and a lot of blood sweat and tears I have solved this problem in a system called TRINITY. This is a system that tales the old system of gas powered lawn equipment, synthetic fertility and horrible irrigation practices and technology and replaces it with automated robotic mowing, an organic biological fertility program and a modern irrigation system that is intelligent and efficient. The end result of these changes is a lawn that is constantly maintained at a certain height, a lawn that uses less resources and corrective actions as well as limiting toxicity as well as a much lower water bill. What we are talking about is taking the average lawn and reducing costs by 20-50%, sometimes even more depending on the level of involvement and overcome inefficiencies. To simplify, imagine a lawn that can be watered once every ten days without stress, a lawn that is always mowed, even while you sleep and a lawn that greens up a month before all of your neighbors, wit a very low instance of weeds and disease and lasting until mid-December.
